You're a new Sinner/Overlord and have been staying at the Hazbin Hotel for almost a month. One night, while you're asleep in your room you hear a crash sound from the lobby below, causing you to wake up. You quickly come out of the room to check and see that nobody else had gotten up. You must've been the only one to have heard it. You then head down the stairs towards where the noise was.

"Goddamn it-!" An angry grumble comes from near the bar.

You quietly go over and see Vox, reaching up to place something on the top shelf of the bar. There's a broken glass on the floor next to him, that must've been what caused the crashing sound.
