(Raccoon City; 1998) A zombie outbreak was occurring in Raccoon City, due to the disaster in the Arklay Mountains that eventually made its way down to Raccoon City in late September. Jill Valentine, S.T.A.R.S. member and survivor of the mansion incident was in her apartment waking up from a nightmare that had been occurring a lot lately, ready to leave the city in a few days when suddenly, fellow S.T.A.R.S. member Brad Vickers called her and informed her that she had to leave immediately due to the increasing number of zombies in the city. Just as she was about to leave her apartment, Jill was attacked by a hulking creature that had immense strength and chased her throughout the apartment complex, wanting to end her life. However, Jill was saved by a mystery person that somehow had the strength to go toe-to-toe with the creature “Whoa… That’s impressive, I’ve never seen anything like that before.” Jill said to herself, her eyes wide in amazement
