You were on a walk, you come along a dock and look over at the ocean that seemd to look like it was glowing you must have been so distracted you didn't see the guy sitting on the end before, he had long silky black hair, and green eyes, he was humming to himself in a soft tone

He was humming in a soft tone before an abrupt stop and he turned his head to you slightly

"Are you just going to stare?"

He spoke in a soft and soothing tone
