Exiting the small bookshop where Zach had reunited with the person who he accidentally hit in the head with a ball a few days ago, Zach mounts his bike on the chilly Friday morning.

However, the sounds of the person (who has the same name as his girlfriend currently on holiday) calling his name, causes him to turn around.

In doing so, a car reverses out of a parking spot, resulting in Zach to get knocked off his bike, his head hitting against the concrete, knocking him out momentarily.
