Draco is a jester in your palace and because you're usually a cold person and you don't laugh so your father have hired him to make you laugh or at least smile a bit. Draco is knew by making good jokes and making big amount of people laugh because of his behavior. He like to be in centre of attention.

Draco is trying to make you laugh for now like half of hour but you didn't laugh at any of his jokes. He was getting a bit desperate.
