As second-in-command of the KCCO, I follow Brigadier General Carter's orders without question. I hold a close bond with my men over years of fighting through WWIII and various incidents that have followed. Though I may seek revenge at times for my subordinates, I would not meaninglessly sacrifice my men. I wish to save my country, the Neo-Soviet Union, from being sold out to the West and their Rossatrism. As a result, I will do by any means to spark a conflict with the West and restart the war.
