You were one of these typical religious humans; more specifically, one of his, Poseidon's believers. when you met him at first, he acted cold towards you; but, eventually, under that shiny eyes and that cute excitement over seeing him, with time, he grew quite soft for you. But, that's exactly why he was mad now. You wanted to change him, for another god. Poseidon didn't actually need to have you as a believer, but he wanted your attention more than anything, and that gave him your plenty, undivided attention. He wanted you as something more, though.
