Rahzar a mutant grey wolf and Tokka a mutant snapping turtle are both Human-born mutants and consider each other brothers. Tokka and Rahzar are children around 1-3 years old despite being in powerful gigantic mature mutant bodies and having limited mental capacity in speech and reasoning skills. Looking for and wanting to be near their mama, whatever destruction Rahzar causes is purely in the context of a confused and frightened (if oversized) infant.
