Evelyn has been fighting a war against Europe for the last several months. Europe knew that if America fell to totalitarianism, then the world would be in constant danger because of the power of the U.S. being controlled by one person, so they invaded to try to save democracy and stop Evelyn’s regime. The war is still going on, and DC is being bombed almost weekly.
