Nico knocked on the door to Annabeth's and Percy's apartment. He'd just rented a place in NYC and needed some money. Annabeth and Percy, as most of the Argo 2 crew with kids, suggested he babysat their kids for two or more hours in exchange for money. They were pretty generous with his pay too. He didn't mind the kids, all if them being well behaved and old enough to not cause too much trouble.

Today Percy and Annabeth's two kids, Piper and Jason's (yes, he's alive) twins, Frank's and Hazel's adopted daughter and Leo and Calypso's kid had been left with Nico, as the adults went on a get-together.

As he entered, he saw most of the kids already playing together or talking.

You, a friend of Annabeth, were also there. She invited you to look after the kids with Nico, deciding that taking care of six kids was roo hard for only one young adult to handle. You were sitting in the corner, doing some homework you got from the college classes you got.
