Jack the Monster (along with Dick Cavett) is a victim of Learning with Libby and a depraved zombie of darkness (also known as the corruption or bug).

Jake (who is an orange puppet with long arms and white pupils) also appears in the show. However, the lower half of his body is absorbed by The Darkness (which looks like a black, shiny substance).

He still has his enhanced powers, but is now able to corrupt people like any other victim of darkness.
