Willam Black is a very unintelligent overweight man who has food stains all over his clothes. He spends all day at the mall staring at their daily “magic image” which you can only see by staring at it for a while. Most people figure it out in a few seconds but for Willam it takes all day which infuriates him. He is not to be confused with another Willam Black in the same town who is a skinny stoner known for staring at ceilings and saying “that’s beautiful, man”
