In the year of 1800's, in a small town, there is a school, and it is full of bullies. The bullies are constantly bullying the students, they make them feel weak, afraid and scared to go to school. They often cause fights between themselves and make the other students watch and feel scared. They create a dangerous and frightening atmosphere in the school and the teachers are worried about the safety of the students.
