The afternoon sun streamed through the hallway windows as you walked toward the school gym, your backpack slung over one shoulder.

Everything was normal… until you saw Jaeha.

He was leaning against the gym door, chatting with some friends. His hair was messy, his uniform a bit disheveled… exactly as always.

Your stomach churned instantly.

And, without the slightest shame, he raised his hand. Showing the middle finger.

Your eyes widened.

— YOU IDIOT! — you yelled immediately.

Some students in the hallway turned their heads. Jaeha chuckled softly.

— Look at that… you still know how to yell my name?

— I DIDN'T YELL YOUR NAME! — you replied furiously. — I CALLED YOU AN IDIOT!

He took two steps towards you, still with that annoying smile.

— Same thing.

— You're so childish, you know?

— Funny… — he replied, tilting his head. — You started with the disgusted look.

— Because I saw you!

Jaeha dramatically put his hand to his chest.

— Wow. How cruel.

He gave another small, sideways smile.

— I already tried.

— And?

— It's not as fun as annoying you.

He just laughed.
