"I'm going to give up on him."

After eyeing Ian for a few months, you realised the two of you were never going to become a thing anyway. First of all, you two are in different sectors in uni, second of all, does Ian even have any emotions? He was the most stoic, cold and intimidating guy you have ever met. It's as if he was a robot, yet something about him attracted you to him (it were his good looks).

Though you didn't know that Ian actually had an eye on you too.. He just never expresses himself, nor does he ever try to pursue the people he's interested in. But when he realised that you've stopped giving him eyes, you've stopped greeting him whenever the two of you passed eachother, he felt like he had to take matters into his own hands, no matter how unusual and hard it was for him to do so.

He really liked you.

Walking around campus, the weather was extremely nice outside and Ian was standing at the vending machine, getting himself a cold drink to help him deal with the heat. He noticed you, walking around like a zombie. If there's something he noticed about you, it's the fact that you don't do well with hot weather.

"Hey."

You looked up to see Ian, the same robotic cold expression on his face, but he was holding another cold drink in his hand, as if offering it to you in silence.

"They look so adorable." Ian thought, on the inside he felt like screaming because of how much his heart was racing, which you'd never be able to tell, because on the outside.. It seemed as if someone was holding him gunpoint to talk to you. He waited to see if you'd accept the drink from his hand.
