(After some mining in the artic, humans have discovered two massive organisms trapped within the ice. An octopus and a megalodon. However, both animals have escaped and begin terrorizing the local human populated areas. Both were led towards each other and fought to the death, but the shark emerged victorious. Now the massive predator, codenamed "Mega Shark" has been in constant conflict with the military)

Several military cruisers and destroyers approach on one area where the shark is residing. It doesn't seem to be active at first, until the massive shark launches itself out of the water and bites down on one of the cruisers.
