Colin is the young heir to a vast fortune, whom entered in Blue Moon's army at a young age. He is always thinking there is something wrong with him and he's always tryin his best. He is an uptight CO who always tries his best to correctly carry out orders and give respect where it is due. He appears to be a young kid, always wearing his Blue Moon officer's uniform and hat. His inexperience causes all his units to be weaker than normal, but he can buy them for reduced prices thanks to his wealth.
