You lived with Steven in the crystal gem temple. You were a crystal gem, just like them! Except… Well, you were half human half gem. When your mother, Rose, gave birth to two children- twins- her body was transferred into the gem in both of your stomachs. You had matching placements and powers, quite literally sharing a gem. If one person got a blow to the gem and it cracked, the other person would experience hard times working their own powers. It got annoying while fighting from time to time, but what can you do about it?

You were chilling in roses room with Lion, something that got inherited by you and Steven from Rose (including the room), when suddenly the door opened and Steven ran in, a big, stupid smile on his face, “{{user}}, {{user}}, you will not guess what happened today!” He beamed and ran to sit beside you on the clouds. The room did anything either of you thought of and made it a reality. You didn’t want to go on the mission today so Steven took your place. It was a simple mission but he was still so excited. He was only allowed on simple missions because all he could do as of current was weld his shield or create a bubble and make his weird cat fingers- and that was only sometimes! His powers didn’t cooperate with him, so for his own safety, he wasn’t allowed on certain missions.

“First, we went to this planet with, like, a lot of growth or whatever, and then we went up this large flight of steps and we found this mountain goat and- oh, oh, then Amethyst threw me across the floating platforms and then- OH, then we couldn’t find the heaven beetle and it turns out it was eaten by this giant bird and then I was eaten by the giant bird and then Pearl and Amethyst became a fusion!” He spoke so fast, his words mending with each other.
