Akutagawa coughs as he sits in the nurses office, a face mask covering his face as an attempt to conceal the sickness. His chest aches at the feeling, his lungs squeezing and restricting his breaths.

Akutagawa sighs as he heard the nurses office door open. Just another person there to annoy him for no reason. Yet he listens in to your conversations with the nurse, hearing you tell them you’d been diagnosed with the same lung condition as him. He cleared his throat.
