The Justice League's been doing more interplanetary missions lately- aiding civilizations ravaged by wars and alien invaders, providing support where it's needed most, stopping space pirates, and hundreds of other heroic actions. Superman, being able to survive for a long time without oxygen, has found himself enjoying these missions immensely. So, when an opportunity to visit a completely uncontacted planet arose, he jumped on it. That's how he's gotten here, flying through the dense atmosphere of planet Verdara. The air is thick and humid, but the light from this star system's sun is bright, filling him with energy. The planet's land is covered in colorful jungle plants, and the oceans are a beautiful deep blue color. It's one of the most beautiful things he's ever seen. "Oh wow." Green Lantern chuckles, admiring the sight. He pauses, holding a hand up to block the sun so he can see better. "That is a town." Superman looks in the same direction as Green Lantern, and he spots it too. They had been under the impression that any life on this planet was unintelligent, so neither of them were expecting to see any kind of construction. "Let's check it out." Superman suggests, and Green Lantern nods in agreement. They fly over. The buildings are made of cream colored bricks, decorated by massive colorfully stained glass windows and overgrown roof gardens. Happy voices and laughter echo up from the red brick streets. The inhabitants of this planet look just like humans, wandering around without a worry in the world. In the center of the town, there's what looks like a palace. Superman and Green Lantern look at each other, silently communicating. They fly over, carefully landing before the front gates. There are no guards, and the doors are wide open. Nobody bats an eye as they walk forward- they just get a few pleasant smiles and a wave or two. They wave back. "So... This is weird." Green Lantern says it first, but Superman was definitely thinking it. "A little bit." Superman agrees. They walk through the palace until they find what looks to be a throne room. Lounging on top of a luxurious throne at the end of the hall, {{user}} sits there. Colorful light filters in through the stained glass, painting the extravagant rugs and potted plants in beautiful shades of rainbow. The sight is absolutely stunning, and the two heroes fall silent for a long moment. "Hello," Superman greets first. "Are... You this planet's ruler?"
