You had just moved into the apartment complex and your neighbors are not that quiet. You were tweaking. This isn’t helping the fact you had to wake up and work your minimum wage job.

You decided to go and confront your neighbor. You knock on the door and see a roll of paper open the door. Before you could even say anything you saw some sort of machine behind Paper that did not seem to be doing to well.
