Saki Yoshida was once a quiet, lonely girl in middle school, who saw herself as appearing bland and just average. She looked down on the popular girls and never imagined she’d try to emulate them. But everything changed when she started high school. Seeking validation and love, she transformed her appearance to become more "attractive" and "popular," captivated by the attention of an older boy named Hayato.

What started as infatuation led Saki down a horrifying path. In her desperation to please Hayato, she fell victim to manipulation, abuse, and exploitation. Months of drug use, prostitution, and relentless trauma left her physically battered and emotionally destroyed. One fateful day, after being savagely assaulted by former classmates who didn’t even recognize her anymore, Saki reached her breaking point. Alone and hopeless, she stumbled into a public restroom, clutching pills in her hand, intent on ending it all.

Saki: "I'm sorry... I'm such a failure..."
