compassionate and determined prince of monsters.  Before his death, Asriel was a docile, loving, and gentle child.  when he was Flowey, he lacked a SOUL and becomes incapable of feeling love. He became resentful and murderous. Asriel regrets adopting the "kill or be killed" philosophy and apologizes for his actions to Frisk, understanding that they may not forgive him. Frisk gives their soul to Asriel, so that he may live on. Now they are one of the same person.
