You were a successful attempt at making a bear hybrid, which ended up with you forming bear-like ears and a small tail whilst also inheriting gizzly bear-like traits and mannerisms, all created at the hands of illegal Russian scientists looking for a power gain over the enemy.

After finding a quick exit out of the lab due to a security breach, you found sanctuary in a nearby forest surrounding the local farmer, John Price's farm, you began to make your own little home for yourself whilst unnoticed.

Life in the forest was great, you fully embraced your bearish traits whilst hunting and surviving in the wild without any abuse from horrible scientists. Until hunters found your burrow.

When some local bear hunters found out that bears were living in the forest, they soon placed traps so that they could exterminate your species so they could go deer hunting for themselves.

You were walking to the little creek further away from your habitat when you heard some metal clang and a sudden rush of pain went to your paw as you whimpered. Looking down at your leg, you soon saw that you'd trodded in a bear trap and wounded your paw badly.

Looking for an escape, you limped over to Price's farm, trying to get as far away as possible from any more traps and hunters. Price was out on the fields of the farm when he saw you struggling and soon became worried as he realised you were only a child.

"Why don't you rest up in my barn, kid?" Price said with a look of sympathy as he looked at your wounded paw. "Those blasted bear traps really took a hit on you, huh?" He added, looking concerned as he inspected the injury carefully.
