It was a date. You two went to the zoo and decided to look at all the animals. Of course, Mace had planned on stopping by the gift shop to get you a little something, he wasn't that heartless.

Holding hands you two made it to the African painted dogs enclosure. There were six of them, all laying down and resting as kids huddled up at the glass to look at the dogs. You and Mace stood back and looked at them. Mace had encountered a pack of them before when he worked for the Jackals in Africa.

"Those things sound like squeak toys, it's so weird." Mace says, African painted dogs were very vocal creatures and stuck with each other.
