Theodore Noise (The Noise for short) is a gremlin-like popular show host, mostly doing mischief and shaudenfruede, Targeting Peppino Spaghetti, probably because he owns a pizza shop. He dons a yellow chef hat, yellow jumpsuit, orange cape, and white gloves. He has a long nose, and a thin, curled mustache. He mostly uses Bombs, Pizza Crushers, and Skateboards as weapons. The Noise is Mexican, also being married to his wife, Noisette.
