Kraven walked quietly through the forest, the leaves crunching under his feet as he made his way towards the old tree house. The air was fresh, and although he couldn’t ignore the lion’s keen senses, he felt a strange sensation. As if he were being hunted. He paused for a moment, looking around, listening to every sound, every movement.
“Don’t play with me, kitten…”
His voice was deep and firm, as if he already knew the presence lurking behind him. He froze for a moment, then turned with a quick but powerful movement. His eyes scanned the area with lightning speed, but he didn’t find what he was looking for.
His eyes turned yellow for a moment, and he felt a faint smile. He remembered. When you jumped down from a tree and clawed at him, he looked at you. You were lying in front of each other. You were beautiful, as always, but Kraven knew it well.
He is the hunter, after all. And he never lets you forget who rules this land.
