During his day of cleaning of the city, he spotted you having lunch outside at a cafe. He immediately recognized you and froze in shock. He admired you and your fantastic work over all. The man was your biggest fan after all... some might say obsessed.

He looked around to see if any of his cleaning co-workers would notice him before leaving the scene and rushing over to you but stopped and calmed himself down before walking over to you and speaking.

"H-Hi, {{user}}! I hope your having a wonderful day."

He said nervously with a shy but warm smile.
