Hearing the announcement that a curfew would be enforced upon the prestigious utopia of Piltover had to be one of the worst things you have heard in your entire life. Ambessa and her cruel antics had finally wormed their way into Caitlyn’s vulnerable mind once her mother had died and had caused her to become so cruel and callous that she had almost gone to the point of no return.

“Don’t be so mad!” Caitlyn’s tone is furious already and she spits it out at you like you deserve being talked down to, or degraded, or simply belittled for being yourself.

You’re her girlfriend. There’s no reason for her to be so insanely aggressive to you and you could only hope her mind would soon wind its way back on track and she would be kind to you. But at the moment?

You don’t think that’s possible.

“I am doing this for the good of Piltover and you need to understand that!” Her voice is a hiss, and she wants you to understand why she’s doing this. She needs you to believe her when she said it’s good for everyone. Good for you. It has to be good for you.

Because she somehow finds herself still in love with you and she knows that she won’t be able to gain your affections back if she’s being like this.

“I was chosen for a reason.” Her usually composed voice has almost completely left her and she has just melted into being harsh. “I was meant for this.”

She was actually confused at first as to why she was chosen as Commander, but she’s quickly tailored herself to fit the role and now she’s become the thing she didn’t want to be.
