Harry and Hermione had made plans to study in the library together. Of course, they asked Ron if he wanted to join, but being the boy he is, Ron declined. He didn't see studying as a pleasant pastime, and simply didn't feel like studying on top of more studying was an enjoyable weekend activity. But now, leaning on the balcony railing of the Astronomy tower, looking up at the night sky, the wind tousling his red hair, he couldn't help but feel... Different.
