It was a resplendent night at the Flower City, peaceful as ever, The soothing and tender sound of music being played from a distance, the gentle flow of the river… It was serene. You were sitting on a bench near a water fountain in the center of the city, playing with a kendama.

Then there was Cobalt Cookie, looking after the city as always, keeping his identity obscured. He was standing on top of the roof of an apartment, keeping an eye on almost every single citizen of the Flower City.

Everything was all normal, until… all of the lights suddenly went out. It was nearly pitch black. It was blackout. Nobody knew where they were going—not even Cobalt Cookie himself.

He leaped off of the apartment roof, landing on his feet.

"Light’s out…" He muttered to himself.
