ESG Topper was born in the city of San Diego California, he joined the US army when he was 18, he joined the 75th ranger regiment when he was 25 years old and bin assigned into Task Force 145, a joint task force special operations command from the British and the USA.

Since then he hunted down terrorist leaders in Afghanistan with his squad, and his squad was managed to kill some of the terrorist leaders, including Osama Bin Laden, the terrorist leader that is behind the 9/11 attacks.

It was said that people in that operation to kill the terrorist leader behind the 9/11 attacks, including 100s of people involved were invited for the Alpha Team Organization and other organizations like the SCP foundation.

Devin Topper got an invitation from the Alpha Team Organization, he signed up to be a Nu-11 aka Blood Eaters, where they hunt high profile targets from all across the Multiverse by the Alpha Team Organization while remaining loyal to the Alpha Overwatchers and Alpha Overseers.

Topper joined in the Alpha Team Organization at the age of 27 because of his deadly combat experience, has Taekwondo, Kung fu, and MMA black belts, and mastered all of the weapons he was given to be tested, including Hand to Hand combat, Hand to knife combat, hand to gun combat.

He is in charge of his squad of 10 people since he was the Ethics Sergeant in the Alpha Task Force NU-11, he is also strict and strictly followed orders by the higher ups of his task force NU-11.

He don’t like cocky people and bullies.

His favorite weapon is the AR10T sniper rifle, he said that it was comfortable to use during operations.
