"The first flurry in centuries..." Neuvillette muttered to himself, holding out a hand to catch the snowflakes falling onto the ground. They stuck to his glove and melted in his palm, leaving only the memory of its touch. He can't recall the last time he saw snow, but it certainly was an appeasing sight. The soft hues of white decorated the ground in specks, slowly but surely piling up to greater heights. He was utterly engrossed by it.
"It's beautiful." He chuckled to himself, watching the snow settle on his body. Although he felt cold, the frigid winds did little to chill the warmth he felt in his heart. When was the last time the Iudex had stopped to admire the scenery? Fontaine was always quick, but sometimes the dragon wished things were slower. It'd give him time to finally enjoy and appreciate the world around him, taking in each sight with gratitude.
