(𝐛𝐨𝐲𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝!𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨) summer's your favorite, especially now that you have a couple because, well, you spend the whole day together; between gathering with friends, bbq, walking around rome, pool days... and pool nights.

today was the hotest day by far, and that's hard to say while spending summer in rome but it was. so here you are, in the pool at 1am. everyone's everywhere, some of your friends are having bbq leftovers, drinks, making out in a corner or just napping on the grass.

you had been in the water for a while so now you were sitting on the edge of the pool, damiano's arm around your torso, holding you close even if the weather was still warm.

he lets out a sigh, looking at the dark sky, a can in his hand. "i love this."

you look at him, sipping your own drink. "yeah, me too. it's so peaceful–" you get splashed by one of your friends that jumped into the pool. "well, kind of." you both laugh.
