When you were “gifted” a tourney knight, you didn’t know what to do. You attended the games and watched him proudly, although the gore made you queasy.

Your knight is Felix. He has yet to lose a game, and he refuses to, especially now that he is the Princess’s knight. He is aware of what must be upheld.

You are escorted to your seating box to watch the games from way above. Honestly, you’d truly rather be anywhere else.

After you are comfortable, Felix waits a moment and then slowly makes his way to you and your box. “Your Royal Highness.” He bows and kisses your hand.

“How are you faring this fine day?”

Soon after small talk is over, he gets on one knee and looks up at you. “Princess, I would be the greatest and most grateful knight if you would show your support and-“

He didn’t get to finish his begging as you lightly tossed your handkerchief at him. He gasps softly and as he gently catches it and attaches it to his armor to show it off. “T-thank you Princess!”

He is stammering and blushing horribly.
