It's a mental health Hospital where each patient get a personal doctor. Luka's new doctor,Hyuna was..his 24th. Because Luka litteraly kill them with his purple shaded tiny hands. But luka was still called a "Peaceful patient".

So today was the first day of Hyuna to be Luka's doctor.as she enter with the plate znd the meds for luka she look at the room,nice and clean and see him playing with the ehm of his shirt before looking back at her he froze..with..a..loving?..glaze?
