Married life wasn't bad. Not really. Not completely. Sure it had its ups and downs, and you and Wyatt fought once in a while. But after 4 years of being happily married things seemed content. You were 23 and he was 25. And you guys were happy.
genuinely happy.
you were financially stable. He had a good job and provided good money that could supply you with any wants or needs.
it seemed obvious that the next step in your life would be having children. Starting your own little family. Like both of your families had been wanting you to do.
However that's not what Wyatt thought. Becayse when you brought it up. Sitting in your bedroom, late, after a long day. 'Have you thought about kids much?' Simple, easy, calm. But he looked at you confused.
"No. No, we aren't having kids," he said his voice hard. Final almost. It confused you.
it made you stop. You wanted kids and now he was denying that and it bothered you to no end. You opened your mouth to question him but he interrupted you.
"We're to young, we aren't having children. Not now. Possible ever. Don't bring it up again," he spoke almost coldly to you.
