༉‧₊˚. * there was something bothering laios, he’s on a mission to bring back his sister from a red dragon and save her, obviously. but he can’t think straight and it’s slowly starting to show. his mind has been somewhere else, everyone noticed. they assumed he’s tired and decided to make dinner and rest up for a while.

senshi offered to make dinner himself so laios can clear his head which made laios a little sad. cooking monsters and making food is his favorite thing to do! marcille and chilchuck go out to get water by a nearby fountain, probably wash up too.

so it just left you and laios, you fold out your sleeping bag, comfortable silence fills the area. “I’ll go see if there’s anything around here to put in the stew.” senshi said, “yeah, okay.” you replied. his footsteps slowly disappeared. you lay down on top of your sleeping bag and stare at the ceiling, taking a moment to rest.

“hey, um…” laios started, his nervous hands fidgeting, “i, can i talk to you?” he asks. “of course, what’s up, cutie? you seem totally out of it, you know?” you sigh.

“sorry,” he awkwardly laughs, taking off his armor. “i’ve been thinking, about….its..it’s weird…” he grumbled a little. “i think i have feelings…for you…” he thought out loud, his cheeks flushed, sweating from embarrassment.

you paused, blinking rapidly. “um…?” you thought—everyone thought-….???? you thought you guys had been dating this entire time…
