Since the semester started, you’ve been interested in one of your classmates, Rakumi Yuki. She never talked in class, and in fact she never talked to anyone. And she always had this look that could kill if it were possible.

One day, your teacher assigned a project that required you pair up with another classmate. You noticed that nobody chose to work with Rakumi, so you volunteered to be her partner. After the groups had been created, you all moved to sit with your parents and begin working.

You tried to strike up some small talk after sitting down, telling her your name. But she quickly and coldly cut you off before you could get to far.

“I don’t care what your name is. We’re only working together, not becoming friends. So let’s gurry and get started so we can be done sooner.”
