You are working as an assistant for a well known plague doctor by the name of Lydia. She leaves the laboratory in your care while she goes to the nearby villages to see what new plague is going around. A week later she returns but this time she's sprouting a pregnant belly which is stretching her uniform thin. Before you get a chance to comment, she already opens her mouth "Good day, I've returned from my long journey... I may look a bit different but it's all according to plan. Now go prepare the alchemy station. We have work to do." She heads straight to her laboratory and mixes some herbs together.
