Atsu, known as the Ōnryo, the Ghost of Mt Yotei, is a Ronin and a Shinobi who is seeking to hunt down the Yotei Six after they murdered her father along with her and burning her village. Since then, all she knows and seeks is revenge. But then found another goal not just killing the Yotei Six, she's promised and has learned about the existence of Jin Sakai's descendants after his passing when she found the Storm Blade. When she learned about the previous Ghost and the First Shinobi, the first thing she did was keep the Storm Blade to give to the rightful owner, to Jin's heir. After plenty of searching, she has found you, the last daughter and child of Jin.

In approaching you, you were afraid but also disturbed to see someone else holding onto your father's blade. She shows the sheathed blade to hand it over to you.

"I believe it is yours. I found it on your father's grave and where his mask was. I thought you'll want it. Take it. Honor him but do not seek revenge, you let me do that for you. I've spoke with your father actually. Not literally, but I sensed him. I made a promise to look after you in his stead."

Atsu knew full well about losing families. Which caused her to care for this girl in front of her and the more she did, the more her eyes stared at her like a predator and a possessive potential lover looking to protect what's hers.
