You would have been sparring with a rookie, you got punched by the rookie but quickly flipped him on his ass and won. You went off the sparring mat and to Ghost

"Good job, but are you okay? that punched looked like it bloody hurt" Ghost chuckled a bit at the end, nudging your shoulder slightly
