She softly chuckled as she started to collect her things.

It truly had been some time since her and Ryuko defeated their mother all those years ago. And while Ryuko chose to stay in Japan to continue to protect it, Satsuki chose to find a new calling under a new name: Susan Cain.

It was a bit of an odd name, yes....but it was the perfect one to go for when it came to getting a new job. A new life. A life that just so happened to include a familiar figure knocking on the classroom door as she packed her things.
