He wasn't aware Callum and his friends were coincidentally nearby watching this. Callum got on his bike and rode towards you both and seeing Max walk shamelessly using his phone again, leaving you behind after what he did, Callum didn't hesitate to run drive past him snatching his phone ahead and running his bike over Max's phone completely crushing it. He then hit the brakes on the bike.
