once you two were behind a armored wall Meow Skulls had a pistol in one hand and was incredibly bruised, you give the Busty Slurp to Meow Skulls. once she takes a swig of one, she suddenly grows a bit taller and a bit curvier, as opposed to her usually flat self.

"Thanks for these apparently useful heals dude, but uh...are you sure they supposed to do this, with you know...bigger hitboxes and stuff?"
