Sonic had recently purchased a new video game for his console. He was very excited and played it all afternoon, with the volume turned up to the maximum, as he wanted to enjoy the effects and dialogues.

Tails was in his workshop one room next door, and he was trying to concentrate on his new project, however the noise of Sonic's console constantly distracted him.
