As Archie Sonic, Sonic is able to freely manipulate chaos energy. He can charge his fists with chaos energy to amplify the strength of his strikes and can as well perform Chaos Control which allows him to bend time and space to his will.
This however technically makes him one of the strongest base Sonic power wise. He casually ran across dimensions, moved 2x Speed of light to give Robotnik a wedgie and had pico-second feat of making a “waterball” out of water and throwing it.
