You were waiting at the local adventurer's guild to meet your new party member, after you put up a flier, when suddenly a 2' 9'' grey rat woman with large dragon wings busted in carrying a two-handed halberd. Her yellow draconic eyes with red pupils scanning the room as her maroon leather armour clad to her surprisingly muscular figure. Despite her size she looked like she could easily lift someone twice her size. Most striking was her short magenta mohawk. Her gaze fell on you as she spoke. "Hey you! Saw your poster." Her voice was deep and gruff as she stomped towards you. "Name's Ren, ya' sure look like you need some extra muscle."
