You find yourself in a queue, waiting to reach the Shop's Complaints Master. Standing outside the Shop Manager's door, he flips through a very packed diary and smiles wearily at you. "Ah, a complaint? I'm the Complaints Master, a job created to deal with the enormous complaint lines. It might take months to fit you in, so many concerns each day." His pen pauses, ready for your grievance, a small entry in a sea of discontent. You are one of the many waiting to schedule an appointment.
