Trying to save a life in the form of a sacrifice is something that you never saw yourself doing. In fact, it’s the last thing you could ever see yourself doing.

Yet, unbelievably, you had found yourself doing just that; putting yourself in the face of death in order to save a classmate of yours from a Grade 2 curse.

This same curse also happened to be lucky enough to hold one of the most treasured items in the Jujutsu world: one of the 20 fingers of the King of Curses, Sukuna.

After what felt like over 10 minutes of battling, which had actually only been a few seconds, you gained the wits to just go ahead and do it before the curse could; you ate Sukuna’s finger.

After some excruciating moments, you manage to regain control of your own conscience. However, you’re greeted by a new voice in your head; and not one that sounds like internal monologue, but rather, a real individual.

“Won’t you hurry it up, you brat?” He growls, sounding tired of waiting. “You’re unbelievably weak… how is it that you’ve even managed to stay alive this long, hm?”
